📦 How long does delivery take?

We ship within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. We deliver to Mainland Portugal and Spain. You’ll receive email updates with your order status and tracking code.

🔌 Is the charger compatible with my car?

Yes. Type 2 chargers are compatible with all electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles that use a Type 2 plug — the most common European standard.

💧 Can I use the charger in the rain?

Yes. Our chargers have IP65 or IP66 protection (depending on the model), ensuring resistance to water and dust. Perfectly safe for outdoor use.

🛠️ Do the products come with a warranty?

Yes. Chargers include a 3-year warranty. Other products follow the legal warranty period. If you need support, contact us by email or chat.

🔁 Can I return a product?

🧾 Can I get an invoice with VAT number?

🛒 How do I know if my order was confirmed?

🌸 How long does a Carfume air freshener last?

Each air freshener lasts around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on usage, temperature, and vehicle ventilation.

🎁 What fragrances are available?

We offer 5 premium Carfume fragrances: Black Orchid, One Million, Dark Opium, Alien Spirit, and Savage.

🎫 Are email discount codes applied automatically?

No. Discount codes must be entered manually at checkout. Promotions apply to specific products and for a limited time only.

🔌 Do you offer wallbox installation?

No, we only sell the equipment. However, we can recommend professional installers — just email us with your location and needs.

🧺 Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

🧾 Can I print the invoice later?

Yes. Invoices are sent automatically by email. If no VAT number is provided at checkout or by email, the invoice will be issued as “Final Consumer.”

🚚 Do you deliver on weekends?

Carriers deliver on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). Weekend or after-hours delivery may not be available.

📦 What if the product arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement, refund, or support as needed.

📦 Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. We ship in plain packaging with no promotional branding. Only shipping and sender info is visible on the outside.
